Srikanth AK

CEO

Case Western Reserve University

AK is an MBA from the Case Western Reserve University and an engineer from BITS Pilani. He has worked with major corporations such as Nestle, the Cleveland Clinic and OCS in India, the Americas and Africa in a career that has spanned over two and a half decades. Outside of work, he has a passion for classical arts, and has written and directed several award winning classical dance films and shows.

Dhiwakharan is a HR professional with 23 years experience in corporate human resources management. As a post graduate in HR from Madras School of Social Work, he has lead the human resources function in large and diverse MNCs like Nokia Networks, CapGemini and 3M. He enjoys sports, music, trekking and sailing.

Aditya Khurana​

XLRI Jamshedpur​

Aditya Khurana did his Masters from XLRI Jamshedpur & started his career with ITC. After 6+ years with Citibank & Avendus Capital, he decided to follow his passion for education & joined the Founding Years team. Aditya has completed his B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education & Care from New Zealand Tertiary College.

Meghna Yadav

Training and Development

San Jose State University, California

With Masters in Child Psychology (Summa cum Laude) from San Jose State University, California, Meghna is working in the field of Early Childhood Education for more than two decades. Experienced in counselling of families and pre-school functioning with renowned organisations in USA, Singapore and India, Meghna plays an integral role in parent partnership initiatives at KLAY. Super passionate and dedicated to work. A proud mother of two children and a poet.

Shruti Madhavan

Head – Strategic accounts (Corporate)

MBA in Sales and Marketing.

Shruti has a Masters in business administration in Sales and Marketing. She has 20 years of experience in Operations and Business Development in India and Sri Lanka. She has worked with organisations like Titan, Unilever, Revlon and 24 Mantra Organic and her passion to do something in early years education inspired her to join KLAY. She is passionate about music and travel outside of work.She was heading Operations and Service Delivery for 3.5 years at KLAY and now moved to the business side of it, to manage all large corporate relationships at KLAY.

Srikanth

Head Operations

Srikanth is a management graduate in Operations and comes with close to two decades of experience in Managing P&L of Business Units. Last 10 years he is working in the education management space & has successfully setup up over 25 K12 Schools across the country, been part of 4 acquisitions & managed over 35000 student base. At Klay – Sri used to manage business and revenue and handled real estate functions. Currently he takes of all the day-to-day operations including curriculum, health & safety, information systems, real estate & procurement. 

Arshleen Kaur Kalra

Head -Academics & Service Delivery

AMU & XLRI ​

Arsh is an MBA and PMP certified professional with over 18 years of experience in Training & Education across India, US, LATAM, Africa, ASEAN & UAE. She has led large scale operations, training functions, programs & projects in the areas of end to end Learning Life Cycle & Product Management for corporates, universities and schools. She has worked with large groups like Bharti Airtel, Zee, Videocon & ArcSkills (GEMS Education). She has also been associated with MoRD & ILO in rural entrepreneurship & skill development space.
